About the Beehive

SoLa's Opportunity Zone business campus: six red-brick warehouses, ten minutes south of downtown Los Angeles, now one of the most dynamic cultural and entertainment hubs in LA.

In 2025 the Beehive hosted more than 140 events and welcomed over 135,000 attendees, supporting approximately 80 direct and indirect local jobs. Beyond its appeal to the local African American market, the Beehive has become a go-to destination for the young Latinx market, with weekends bringing in 3,000 to 5,000 visitors for some of the hottest Reggaeton DJs and Corridos, Tumbados, and Banda performers at I Love Michaladas events.

The Beehive attracted top-tier brands including Live Nation, BET Entertainment, Nike, T-Mobile, Wells Fargo, Arsenal Football Club, the LA Rams, Google, Target, Lexus, and Sony for high-profile activations, and serves as a first-choice venue for gatherings of institutions such as LAUSD and LAPD. The venue is frequented by prominent cultural influencers and artists, including 2025 Grammy winner Doechii, Snoop Dogg, Nick Cannon, Nicki Minaj, Dwyane Wade, and Russell Westbrook.

Looking ahead, the Beehive is building its events business around the 2026 FIFA World Cup and the NBA All-Star Game, and is in early discussions to host major activations during the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
