About this project

110th & Vermont is SoLa's first ground-up modular building: five stories of light-gauge steel modules manufactured offsite by Advanced Building Systems and arranged in an L along the Vermont corridor. The ground floor carries a resident lounge, laundry, supportive services offices, and a 52-stall secure e-bike room, with 33 gated garage parking stalls. Residents are less than five minutes from the Metro C Line, The Village at Century shopping center, and Los Angeles Southwest College.
